DEIN BEITRAG

Als Junior Accountant & Controller (all genders) unterstützt Du unser Finance Team bei der kaufmännischen Steuerung einer stark wachsenden Unternehmensberatung. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Accounting, Controlling und Reporting, wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance-Prozesse mit und übernimmst frühzeitig Verantwortung für eigene Themengebiete.

IN DEPTH

Accounting: Du unterstützt bei der vorbereitenden Finanzbuchhaltung unserer in- und ausländischen Gesellschaften, wirkst bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit und arbeitest eng mit unseren Steuerberatungskanzleien zusammen.
Controlling: Du unterstützt bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen, Forecasts und Reportings und wirkst beim Ausbau unserer Kennzahlensysteme und Dashboards mit.
Reporting: Du erstellst Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Geschäftsführung, Aufsichtsorgane und Shareholder und trägst so zu einer transparenten Unternehmenssteuerung bei.
Finance & Processes: Du erhältst Einblicke in sämtliche kaufmännische Prozesse unserer Unternehmensgruppe – von Liquiditätsplanung über Finanzierungsfragen bis hin zu gesellschaftsrechtlichen Themen – und bringst eigene Ideen zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance-Landschaft ein.
Verantwortung & Projekte: Du übernimmst schrittweise Verantwortung für eigene Themengebiete und unterstützt bei strategisch & operativ relevanten kaufmännischen Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Finance-Organisation in einer international wachsenden Unternehmensgruppe.

DEIN SKILLSET

Hard Skills: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit Schwerpunkt Accounting, Finance oder Controlling. Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten sind von Vorteil.

Ownership: Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, denkst unternehmerisch und hast Freude daran, Themen voranzutreiben und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Analytical Mindset: Du hast eine Affinität für Zahlen, arbeitest strukturiert und sorgfältig und möchtest Deine Kenntnisse im Bereich Finance & Controlling kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.
